FOREIGN VISITORS
Before site access is granted to Argonne National Laboratory, all foreign nationals must show that they are in legal status; meaning their immigration and naturalization paperwork is current. All foreign nationals are required to present their documentation to the clerks or guards at the Argonne Information Center or Guard Posts. Foreign nationals arriving at the gate without the appropriate in-status Immigration and naturalization Service documentation will experience a delay in site access.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR SITE ACCESS:
Upon your arrival to Argonne National Laboratory, you must stop at the Visitors Center and present your original passport, original visa and/or I-94 or I-94W (Departure Record). If the expiration date on the I-94 or I-94W reads D/S (Duration of Status), you must present the supporting immigration documentation (i.e., I-20, DS-2019). Failure to do so may delay your access to the site. For additional information, please contact your conference host.
